Where do I find my booking code?

Your booking code (format JX-FL-XXXXXXXX for flights, JX-HT-XXXXXXXX for hotels) was sent to your email right after payment. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from OnlyOnTrip. The code is also shown on the booking confirmation page immediately after checkout.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Enter your booking code above to access your booking. From there you can view the cancellation policy, see refund charges, and submit a cancellation request. Date changes for flights are subject to airline amendment fees. Hotel modifications depend on the property's policy set at booking time.

When will my refund arrive?

Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking. For airline-initiated cancellations you receive a full refund. For passenger-initiated cancellations, the refund amount depends on the fare rules applicable to your ticket.

How do I download my e-ticket or hotel voucher?

Access your booking using the form above. On the booking detail page, click Download E-Ticket or Download Voucher to get a PDF. The e-ticket contains your airline PNR (booking reference), passenger details, and complete flight itinerary — valid at all airport check-in counters. The hotel voucher shows your confirmation number, check-in/check-out dates, and room type.
