Key Booking Rules — Summary
OnlyOnTrip acts as an intermediary booking agent between you and the airline, hotel, or service provider. By confirming a booking, you agree that all travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier (airline, hotel chain, visa authority) in addition to OnlyOnTrip's own terms. Always review the fare rules before booking — especially for non-refundable tickets.
Booking and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation number by email.
- OnlyOnTrip charges zero booking fee. The displayed price is the final price.
- Payment is processed by Razorpay. OnlyOnTrip does not store card details on its servers.
- If a payment fails, no amount is debited. If debited, it is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts are determined by the airline's or hotel's fare rules, not OnlyOnTrip.
- Fully non-refundable tickets will not yield any refund even if cancelled well in advance.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- OnlyOnTrip does not charge a cancellation processing fee beyond any fee levied by the supplier.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring all passenger details — name, date of birth, passport number, nationality — are accurate and match your travel documents. Name corrections after ticketing are subject to airline policy and may incur a fee. OnlyOnTrip is not liable for denied boarding due to incorrect information provided by the user.
Visa and Travel Document Requirements
It is the traveller's sole responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa and entry documents for their destination country. OnlyOnTrip provides visa information as a general guide only — it is not a legal advice service and visa requirements change frequently. Always verify entry requirements with the destination country's embassy or official immigration authority before travel. OnlyOnTrip is not responsible for costs incurred due to visa refusals, incorrect document submissions, or changes in immigration policy.
Force Majeure
OnlyOnTrip is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, airline strikes, war, political instability, airport closures, or acts of terrorism. In such events, OnlyOnTrip will assist passengers in contacting airlines and hotels but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what the individual suppliers offer. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover these unforeseeable circumstances.
