Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions governing the use of OnlyOnTrip and bookings made through the platform.

Last updated: 6 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of OnlyOnTrip (the "Platform"), operated by Journey Express LLP. By accessing the Platform or completing a booking, you accept these terms in full.

1. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our" means Journey Express LLP, the operator of OnlyOnTrip.
  • "You", "User" means any person who accesses the Platform or makes a booking.
  • "Service Provider" means the airline, hotel, holiday operator or visa processor that supplies the underlying travel service.

2. Role of the Platform

OnlyOnTrip is a booking intermediary. We facilitate reservations with third-party Service Providers. The contract for the actual travel service is between you and the Service Provider, and is governed by their fare rules, terms and policies.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment and the Service Provider issues a confirmation reference (PNR / voucher).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all passenger/guest details supplied at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules vary by Service Provider, fare class and product. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full rules. Convenience fees are non-refundable.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to bypass our security, or to make fraudulent or speculative bookings. We may suspend or close accounts found in violation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single transaction is limited to the convenience fee we charged for that transaction. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Key Booking Rules — Summary

OnlyOnTrip acts as an intermediary booking agent between you and the airline, hotel, or service provider. By confirming a booking, you agree that all travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier (airline, hotel chain, visa authority) in addition to OnlyOnTrip's own terms. Always review the fare rules before booking — especially for non-refundable tickets.

Booking and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation number by email.
  • OnlyOnTrip charges zero booking fee. The displayed price is the final price.
  • Payment is processed by Razorpay. OnlyOnTrip does not store card details on its servers.
  • If a payment fails, no amount is debited. If debited, it is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts are determined by the airline's or hotel's fare rules, not OnlyOnTrip.
  • Fully non-refundable tickets will not yield any refund even if cancelled well in advance.
  • Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • OnlyOnTrip does not charge a cancellation processing fee beyond any fee levied by the supplier.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all passenger details — name, date of birth, passport number, nationality — are accurate and match your travel documents. Name corrections after ticketing are subject to airline policy and may incur a fee. OnlyOnTrip is not liable for denied boarding due to incorrect information provided by the user.

Visa and Travel Document Requirements

It is the traveller's sole responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa and entry documents for their destination country. OnlyOnTrip provides visa information as a general guide only — it is not a legal advice service and visa requirements change frequently. Always verify entry requirements with the destination country's embassy or official immigration authority before travel. OnlyOnTrip is not responsible for costs incurred due to visa refusals, incorrect document submissions, or changes in immigration policy.

Force Majeure

OnlyOnTrip is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, airline strikes, war, political instability, airport closures, or acts of terrorism. In such events, OnlyOnTrip will assist passengers in contacting airlines and hotels but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what the individual suppliers offer. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover these unforeseeable circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a booking or transaction, contact our support team at support@onlyontrip.com first — most issues are resolved within 48 hours. For unresolved disputes, you may file a complaint through India's National Consumer Helpline (NCH) or approach the consumer court in your jurisdiction. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over legal proceedings related to OnlyOnTrip, and all disputes are governed by Indian law.
